Please have the Consent & Intake forms completed. Our session relies on these forms to be filled in and signed.

My In-House play therapy service is found in Mudgeeraba, Qld. It provides your child with access to a specially designed playroom featuring toys carefully selected for their ability to encourage your child to express and process their feelings without direction or correction.
Before the session:
Please make sure your child has been to the toilet; there is a toilet in the practice for clients.
Ensure that their hands are clean so that we can minimise the spread of bugs.

My Family & Parenting Support services utilises my coaching framework and focuses on empowering parents and caregivers to develop practical skills and strategies that foster healthy family dynamics and child development.
This is a collaborative, strength-based service, and is tailored to each family’s unique circumstances, promoting confidence and competence in parenting roles.
Key features include:
Goal Setting and Action Planning: Facilitators work with families to identify specific parenting goals and create structured, achievable plans to address challenges such as behaviour management, communication, and routine establishment.
Skill Development: Coaching integrates evidence-based techniques to enhance parental skills in emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and fostering positive relationships within the family unit.
Reflective Practice: Parents are encouraged to engage in reflective exercises that increase self-awareness about their parenting style and family interactions, enabling informed and adaptive decision-making.
Ongoing Support and Accountability: Regular sessions provide a platform for parents to discuss progress, troubleshoot difficulties, and refine strategies, maintaining momentum towards positive change.
